Welcome to Qoozzie. We believe in strict data minimization. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website, waitlist, or applications.

1. Data We Collect

ACCOUNT DATA

When you register, we collect your email address, username, and encrypted password hash on our managed backend infrastructure.

USAGE DATA

We log your quiz answers, spaced repetition metrics, and kanban board states to provide the core service features.

WAITLIST DATA

If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, preferred platform, selected language, consent date, and the landing-page source. You do not need to create an account.

TESTER FEEDBACK

If you submit a tester report, we store the report details you provide and basic technical context such as app version, device information, browser language, user agent, screen size, viewport size, and connectivity state. Your name and contact email are optional. Before submission, a draft may be kept only in your browser for up to 14 days and can be discarded from the form. Report notifications are delivered to the Qoozzie team through our email provider.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To sync your progress seamlessly across devices.
  • To calculate your spaced repetition intervals via our algorithms.
  • To authenticate your access securely.
  • To send critical account updates (e.g., password resets).
  • With your consent, to tell you when the Android, Apple, or web version you requested is ready.
  • To investigate tester reports, plan fixes, coordinate retesting, and track release readiness.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. Your data is stored securely on our managed backend infrastructure. Hosting, analytics, or email-delivery providers may process data only to operate the service or deliver requested messages, subject to their contractual and legal obligations.

4. Your Right to Deletion

You have control over your data. You can erase your account, progress, and associated account data from the Qoozzie app's "Settings" menu. To remove a waitlist entry, withdraw launch-email consent, or request deletion of a tester report, contact [email protected]. We retain waitlist data until the requested launch notifications are complete and tester feedback for as long as it remains useful to investigate, verify, and document the relevant release, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

5. Security Matters

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
