By downloading, installing, or using the Qoozzie mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please delete the application and cease use immediately. We reserve the right to update these terms; continued use implies acceptance.

2. License & Access

Qoozzie grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or create derivative works from the application.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. We hold no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. In-App Purchases

Certain features may be subject to a fee. All purchases are processed through the respective App Store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and are subject to their terms and conditions. Refunds are governed by the platform's policies. We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure at any time.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Qoozzie makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the app, its educational efficacy, or the information, content, or materials included.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Qoozzie, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
